Hola! I'm Tracey.

I've taken the plunge into the blogging world and am excited to have a little piece of the web to vent, share my thoughts, my ideas, and all of the experiences life throws at me. As the name of the blog implies, my blog will cover anything I feel like talking about that day- and lucky me, both my maiden name and married last name both begin with C, so the initials TLC will stay with me forever.

J & I were married in October 2009 and bought our first place in April 2010, a condo in Boston. Update: We've since sold said condo and bought a home in the suburbs! We're both in our mid-20's and have been together since high school. We're very lucky to not only have each other, but the support of the best family and friends you could ask for.

I am an accountant by day, but spend my free time with family & friends, cooking up new meals, browsing home decor magazines, playing hostess, exercising, and an enjoying glass of wine or 2 with J while relaxing with our dog, Tucker. Having recently left my job in public accounting for a job in private industry, my plans to travel the country, master the sewing machine, and maybe even run a half-marathon definitely seem more tangible. Big maybe on the half-marathon I did it!!!...

I'm a lover of chocolate, coffee, wine, my italian heritage and all things purple. I'm a planner, love people who make me laugh, and have a big space in my heart for dogs.

J & I have big plans for the next few years and I'm looking forward to documenting the process as we go. I hope you enjoy!
